Listening to your body does not mean becoming fearful of every sensation. It means becoming curious. What changes when you are under pressure? What helps you feel steady? Where have you normalized discomfort because you were too busy to pause?
Start with observation rather than judgment. Keep a simple note about sleep, energy, nourishment, movement, and stress. Over time, patterns become easier to see and questions become easier to ask.
Wellness becomes more personal and more powerful when you are an informed participant. Your lived experience is important information, and it deserves a place in the conversation.
Pause and ask yourself: What is one thing my whole self needs from me today?
